Who You Talk To

Here is a common belief: that a referral service sends its own crew. Not so. Greyrevealed Pest Control does not have workers who come to your home.

When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. It is the one that visits, quotes and does the work.

What Happens After You Reach Out

The steps are simple:

• You share the problem, your town and a few details.
• Your request is routed to a provider that fits.
• The provider contacts you to talk through the issue.
• If it makes sense, you set up a visit and get a written quote.

Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask a Provider

A good chat helps you feel sure. Here are questions worth asking:

• What pest or animal do you think this is, and why?
• What does the treatment involve, step by step?
• Will you find and seal how it got in?
• Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
• Are the products safe for kids and pets?
• Do you hold the license that Massachusetts requires?
• Is there a follow-up visit, and what terms apply if the problem returns?
• Will you explain what you find during the visit in plain words?

For termites or bed bugs, also ask how the inspection works and how they check for hidden spread.

You Are in Control

Another myth: once you send a request, you must hire someone. You do not. There is no obligation. You can compare quotes, ask more questions or say no.

Take your time. Write down what each provider tells you and compare the quotes side by side. A clear, written plan is much easier to judge than a quick price over the phone.
